EMBROIDERY

We have 15 plus years of experience across embroidering all kinds of fabrics. We have an installed capacity of machines of over 200 heads. We specialize in shirting and ethnic wear and have all major manufacturers and traders of Mumbai as our clients. We also specialize in providing value addition of embroidery coupled with DIGITAL PRINT which further enhances the look and appeal. An excellent design team backed with experience to ensure you get the perfect designs according to your requirement.

CALENDERING

We have 7 Heavy Duty and High Pressure Calendar machines across 36 inches width and 60 inches width with different types of rolls like cotton, paper and polyamide to ensure customized processing of fabrics. Calendering ensures the fabric smoothens and has a silky feel to it. Also after value addition like printing and embroidery, calendering ensures it is further enhanced and feels better. We proudly claim to have more than 300 clients who regularly avail of our services.

DECATISING

We have a Gayatri 80+ inch width decatising machine to provide services across fabric widths. Decatising ensures that the fabric is steamed which enriches the feel of the fabric, removes creases and adds a glazed and royal look to the fabric. It also adds a certain guffness to the fabric. We charge extremely competitive rates and give the utmost quality for the money spent.

STENTERING & CURING

We have a best in class stenter installed at our unit. The same is used for heat setting and width setting, removing creases (especially on embroidered fabrics before digital printing), improving pigment print fixation, starching and stiffening fabrics, softening fabrics through silicone softeners and many others to cater to all kinds of finishing needs for our clients.

We have a 80 feet long curing machine which is used post printing on fabric to increase the life on prints on fabric. Curing ensures the prints last longer post wash.

PRINTING

Printing comes in various types namely table screen printing, rotary and flat bed machine printing and digital textile printing. We can provide the best in class designs at unimaginably competitive rates. There is an additional benefit that we can process the cloth in house post printing.
